Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated AI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to Board of Directors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years strategic tech experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies ($100M+ impact)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Published researcher or thought leader in technology innovation
