- Partner with product teams to integrate future-forward capabilities into core offerings
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify strategic advantages
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI tracking for strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Strong data analytics and market trend interpretation skills
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation projects
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSCP, TOGAF) preferred
