Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to drive innovation
- Manage the technology innovation pipeline from ideation to commercialization
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic impact and ROI of technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Track record of launching successful technology-driven initiatives
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, technology-specific credentials)
