Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep knowledge of 2026 technology trends: quantum-resistant cryptography, neuro-interfaces, carbon-negative tech
