Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption

- Identify partnership opportunities with academic and industry leaders
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in 2+ emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile development and lean innovation methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on tech commercialization
