Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with quantum computing and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping Web4.0 infrastructure solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (2030+ trends)
- Architect sustainable tech frameworks reducing digital carbon footprint by 40%
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum research labs
- Present technology foresight briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech implications
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, S-curves)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
