Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global tech leaders and research institutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech sectors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving large-scale digital transformations
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or futurism (preferred)
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
