Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology strategies aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruptions to inform strategic decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology management (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred
