Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused R&D or innovation leadership
- Proven track record architecting multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Strategic certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and autonomous system governance
- Experience scaling global R&D initiatives across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management preferred
