- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into scalable solutions
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and executive stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Mentor a team of 8+ researchers and engineers
- Drive patent strategy for core IP in emerging domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record launching products with future tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
