Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated AI, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for next-gen innovations
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders program
- Represent company at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing basics, and decentralized systems
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projection
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese preferred for APAC market engagement
