Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for future tech landscapes
- Develop innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and validation cycles
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological innovation ROI
- Author thought leadership content on industry evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong data analytics and trend forecasting capabilities
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
