Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for frontier technologies
- Strong network with VCs, research institutions, and tech policymakers
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
