Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients, integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping sessions with R&D teams to validate emerging tech viability
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Author thought leadership papers on technological singularity implications and ethical AI governance
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in our Tech Vanguard accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or similar institution
