Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee technology portfolio management and risk mitigation for future initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments in frontier technologies
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for strategic technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
