- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board with ROI projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Mentor a team of 15+ technologists and futurists
- Secure $50M+ R&D budget through investor presentations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale experience
- Proven track record launching market-defining tech products post-2020
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and programming languages (Python/Java)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
