Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps anticipating disruptive innovations and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain into core business models
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with commercial potential
- Partner with venture capital team to evaluate and invest in pre-seed technology startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Drive ethical technology frameworks for responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record identifying and scaling transformative technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, bioinformatics, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within venture capital and deep tech communities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
