- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, decentralized systems, and biotech integration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 10+ specialists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for collaborative R&D
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (quantum/AI/biotech experience preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional command of tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams with $10M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
