Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) for market disruption potential

- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and drive technology adoption
- Build partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Lead a team of futurists and technical specialists to execute innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
