Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within tech/consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting and ROI analysis

- Experience managing distributed R&D teams and complex innovation pipelines
