Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years in strategic tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural networks, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and venture capital
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
