Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen platforms
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Present future vision to investors and industry stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team
- Secure patents and strategic partnerships for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech adoption cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with patent development and IP strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
