- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with clear milestones and KPIs
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives and market expansion plans
- Champion innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI tracking
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory changes to ensure proactive compliance and strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
