Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and technology incubation programs
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Drive digital transformation projects that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Mentor technology teams in strategic thinking and future-oriented innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Experience with market analysis, competitive intelligence, and trend forecasting
- Strong business acumen with ability to align technology with revenue goals
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or MBA required
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, IXL) preferred
