Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across business units
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to market
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML, Google AI)
