Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) and assess their strategic impact
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to prioritize innovation initiatives and secure executive buy-in
- Design and implement pilot programs for futuristic technologies with measurable ROI
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team while fostering a culture of experimentation
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario modeling
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or immersive tech
