Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate strategic vision into product initiatives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive culture of innovation through internal hackathons and prototyping sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven experience with emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML ethics, sustainable tech
- Strong track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives
