Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry predictions and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum applications, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (Web4, biocomputing, decentralized networks) for strategic integration opportunities
- Develop future-proof governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological preparedness and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global tech foresight forums and academic symposia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate-tech AI
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in disruptive technologies (2019-2023)
- Experience scaling tech teams across multiple innovation horizons
- Mastery of scenario planning methodologies for high-uncertainty environments
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with specialization in future studies
