Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business growth objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and digital transformation success metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite tech leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives (post-2025 roadmap experience preferred)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
