- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption potential
- Build strategic partnerships with tech innovators and academic research institutions
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech practices
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management skills across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future trends (highly valued)
