Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Lead research on emerging tech (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, AR/VR) and commercial viability
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech into 18-36 month product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external investors
- Build competitive analysis frameworks for emerging technology markets
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications on tech disruption trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills using tools like Tableau/Python
- Experience presenting to executive boards and venture capital audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
