You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies while maintaining ethical innovation standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations into core product offerings
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position InnovateNext in future technology landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to access cutting-edge innovations
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI for future-focused initiatives
- Champion ethical technology development and responsible innovation practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and business data
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CTO, PMP, or similar) highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology transformation initiatives
