Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 5-10 year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and blockchain ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Design scalable frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies into enterprise architecture
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish ethical guidelines for responsible AI and autonomous system deployment
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future technology assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $1M+ budgets
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., Foresight Practitioner)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or future studies
