- Create technology adoption roadmaps balancing innovation with operational feasibility
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
