Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and scalable implementation of breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into organizational DNA
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting and implementing future-facing technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Experience scaling innovation in enterprise environments
