Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Oversee IP strategy and patent portfolios for emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing next-generation technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
