Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with $10M+ R&D budget oversight
- Partner with C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ foundational tech patents by 2026
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE/ACM journals on next-gen computing
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams with 50+ technical professionals
