Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital experiences for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing) to identify market opportunities
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to enterprise level
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Reviews
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing patents for disruptive technology concepts
