Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to evaluate technological investments and ROI
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into development roadmaps
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP, CIPM)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional innovation initiatives from concept to implementation
