Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and deploy next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to accelerate innovation
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for C-suite executives
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic insights
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
