Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across all business units
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks and IP protection strategies
- Forge high-value partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
