- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead innovation workshops to identify high-impact opportunities for 2026+ product development
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure compliance with future regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management (CTM, TOGAF, or similar) preferred
