- Establish partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Present strategic recommendations to board of directors and C-level executives

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ case studies required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent futurist methodology training
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
