Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption forecasts
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and business teams
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025 roadmap execution)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: Web3, AGI, climate tech, or neurotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (journal articles, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
