Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and evaluate their strategic impact on business operations
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify technological differentiators
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
- Manage relationships with technology startups and research institutions
- Author thought leadership content on future technology trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven experience with emerging technology assessment frameworks
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio published research or strategic technology plans required
