Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and company vision
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future product-market intersections
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts and regulatory impacts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certifications in strategic foresight or technology management a plus
