Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core products/services
- Present strategic roadmaps and investment proposals to executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Experience building innovation pipelines and managing R&D budgets
