Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps anticipating industry shifts through market analysis and academic research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and spatial computing
- Design governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system integration
- Partner with product teams to prioritize R&D investments in next-gen infrastructure solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through data-driven storytelling
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Technology Management
- Proven track record of successfully launching future-facing technologies (quantum, AI, metaverse)
- Certification in Futures Thinking methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech regulatory landscapes across global markets
