Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI/ML integration, quantum computing applications, and decentralized systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (neurotech, synthetic biology, spatial computing)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to model future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Architect governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous system oversight
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions using emerging tech stacks
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in deploying AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology forecasting)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (neural interfaces, generative AI)
- Experience leading cross-cultural tech teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Enterprise Architecture frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating technology commercialization success
