- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets with ROI-driven KPIs
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for next-gen technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with ESG and sustainability goals
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Anticipate regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 5-year roadmap execution
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation budgets and managing R&D pipelines
- Certified in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialized tech products with >10M users
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Japanese preferred for global partnerships
